Free Next Day Shipping (Over £50)
This option is provided at no cost to you if your order amount is £50 or more. Anything under £50 is charged at £4.99. Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on typical shipping conditions and may vary due to factors beyond our control. This does not include our barber chairs.
Barber Chairs
Our Barber chairs our delivered by our own delivery team for free and we will personally get in contact with you to discuss the logistics.
Shipping Timeframes:
- The estimated delivery timeframes are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other issues that are beyond our control.
Refund Policy for Shipping Fees:
- In the event of a delay in the estimated timeframe, we regret any inconvenience caused. However, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping fees as these charges are determined by the courier service and are non-refundable to us.
Fraudulent Orders:
If your order pops up as fraudulent. we won't ship the order until verification is made. In some cases, you'll have to place the order again after getting the refund.
If the address pops up as a remote area, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer. The request invoice will be sent to the customer and after it's cleared, the fulfillment will be carried on. The customer has the option to claim a full refund which will be processed within 7 days.
